I. Product Introduction

AKnoka® EM600 is a halogen-free, environmentally friendly additive flame retardant with phosphorus as the primary flame-retardant element, featuring high heat resistance and high transparency.

II. Product Features

High Thermal Stability: (T1% > 335°C, T5% > 352°C) with a moderate melting point.

Excellent Performance Preservation: Does not affect the transparency or spinnability of the base materials.

Superior Compatibility: Can be dissolved in polymers such as epoxy resin, polyester, and nylon, exhibiting excellent compatibility with these materials.

Outstanding Processing & Reliability: Features non-migration, non-blooming (no precipitation), high flame retardancy, low smoke emission, minimal mold corrosion, and excellent electrical properties.

Eco-Friendly: Fully compliant with EU RoHS and REACH regulations.

III. Applications

Flame-retardant modification of polymeric materials, including:

Transparent epoxy resins and copper-clad laminates (CCL).

Nylon spinning (fiber) and nylon spinning films.

PET, PETG, and other transparent polyesters.

IV. Storage and Packaging

Packaging: Net weight of 25 kg per bag, packed in three-layer composite paper bags with a polyethylene (PE) inner liner.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. The storage temperature should not exceed 37°C.
